An introduction to The Seven Team Principles, a powerful framework and process for nonprofit leaders to assess the current state of their organizations, define an ideal future state, and create clear, actionable change initiatives. The critical skill needed to navigate environmental and internal organizational changes, and to turn the challenges and risks of rapid change into opportunities, is change leadership.
Bob Voss, PhD, is a senior consultant at the consulting firm Growth River Consultants. He works with nonprofit leaders to help them resolve a common constraint to leader, team, and business performance: developing the capability of leaders and teams to navigate disruptive change. He has extensive experience as an executive, teacher, trainer, and technical writer and served the global nonprofit organization EnlightenNext as CEO, COO, and Board member.
