Amy Chin is an independent consultant specializing in serving the not for profit community by providing support for their donor management system with personalized training, database maintenance and specialized reporting. In addition, Amy consults and teaches social media, website maintenance and design, and database design for nonprofits, small businesses and individuals.
For more than 15 years Amy has been an instructor at BCC in the workforce development and lifelong learning department teaching everything from using Social Media for your business, to software programs in the Microsoft Office Suite. She also runs classes on how to get the most out of your smartphone and tablets, as well as doing one-on-one training.
Amy has lived, worked and volunteered in the Berkshires for the past 27 years and is passionate about helping the nonprofit community grow and prosper. She is active in many civic, religious and other charitable organizations serving on boards and doing the hands-on work to make this a better community.
